Participants registration

The participant registration is online at https://www.dpg-tagung.de/bn10/registration.html?language=en.

Using the online registration is strongly recommended. This is possible until Wednesday before the conference starts. You can take advantage of early bird discounts until 17th February of 2010.

Conference participants who have registered and paid the conference fee in advance will receive their confirmation of participation 1 week before the conference starts. This confirmation contains a barcode. You must bring this confirmation letter with you to the conference and have it ready for registration. You can print out your conference pass yourself in the conference office on the basis of the barcode. This new process will speed up the registration procedure in the conference office. This requires you to have transferred the conference fee to the specified account on time. Additionally you can short cut the waiting period at the conference office.

Conference Fee and Methods of Payment

Please see Conference fee for further information.

Conference Fee

Bank transfer of conference fees

Payment from a German bank account

Together with the confirmation of your participation you receive an account number to which the payment is to be directed. This account number is a multifunctional account number. It includes your participation number by which we are able to match the in-payment to your participation registration. This account number therefore can only be used for the payment of your own conference fees and exclusively for transfers from Germany.

Please note that the conference fee has to be transferred by the 8th of March 2010 at the latest. Otherwise the transfer cannot be processed in due time.

Bank data for international transfer

Please transfer the conference fee until March 8, 2010 to the account:

IBAN: DE49 3702 05000008123000

Account holder: Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft e.V.

Bank transfer of conference fees by universities

In case your conference fees are transferred by your university please give the directions found here (in German language) together with your participation number to the responsible office of your institute.

Directions for combined bank transfer by university facilities

In case that the payment of conference fees of a group of participants is executed by the university, please notify the payment to the DPG by email or fax.

Email:
Fax: +49 (2224) - 92 32 50

After his conference registration every participant gets an email enclosing a participation number and information about the conference fees. We require these data to book the amounts correctly.
